How can I change the cart's contents?
On the cart contents page you can deselect items in the box "Confirm" and change the quantity in the box "Quantity". To check the new state of the cart after the change push the button "Recalculate".
How can I finalize the order of the items contained in the cart?
On the cart contents page push the button "Begin Order". After that there will appear a request for client information, receiver, and courier.
When is the exact moment that I make the order?
When on the order summary page you push the button "Send Order!".
Can I cancel an order?

How can I get a written receipt?
After making your order there will appear a page for confirming, which will become your receipt. Leoncini Srl advises you to print it out.
Are the products always available?
Leoncini Ceramics sells unique products, individually hand-made and hand-painted by Tuscan artists. It can sometimes happen that what you buy is not available so it needs to be made. The time of making can vary between 4 to 8 weeks according to the item purchased.
Can the items be customized?
All our products (ceramics, tables, vases) can be made to order or customized. Colours can be changed and writings can be added on whatever piece purchased. Our artists do not have problems to make large quantities for hotel/restaurant chains, architect or designer studios etc. Customized orders cannot be modified once confirmed.
What is included in the Internet price?
Each price includes shipping, insurance and package.
All the items can be shipped in Italy and around the world. Non-EU buyers are responsible for the payment of any import taxes or custom duties originating in the country of destination.
